X Factors Limited - Ordering & Return Policies
Trade Accounts - We sell only to valid retailers and wholesalers/distributors. A copy of your business VAT certificate or number may be requested. Most orders are couriered C.O.D. Upon credit approval, orders may be shipped C.O.D. Company Cheque for established accounts. All businesses applying for credit from X Factors Limited are carefully screened. We strive to keep our prices low for the benefit of our customers. Established accounts that wish to apply for terms may do so. However, in order to defer the risk of bad debt and keep our prices down for our C.O.D. cash customers, we must charge a 25pence per piece premium on all Jelly Swimwear orders shipped other than C.O.D., Credit Card or Prepay. Credit Cards- We will happily accept your personal or company Visa or MasterCard with no extra charge. European and Baltic state Orders - All international orders should be prepaid, by wire transfer or money order in Sterling or by Credit Card. Returned Cheques - Cheques returned to us for insufficient funds will incur a fee of £30 and will revert to C.O.D cash basis Shipping Time - All orders are processed immediately. Orders received after 2pm GMT will be processed the following business day. Most orders are shipped within 5 working days of ordering via standard Parcel Force. Shipping and handling fees will apply. We will gladly ship by any other carrier of your choosing and expedited service is available upon request, however additional fees may apply. For faster service please complete and fax the enclosed order form directly to the shipping department at F: +44 (0) 1704 876703. Minimum order for stockists £500, those orders under £500 for example one off requirement should be faxed in to F: +44 (0) 1704 876703. this may incur additional handling fees. Refused Orders - Refused orders will incur additional shipping fees for reshipping and restocking fees may apply. More than 2 refused packages and your account will be put on prepay status. Returns - U.K law prohibits us from taking back swimwear due to hygienic reasons. This means all swimwear sales are final. This does not mean we do not stand behind Chica Rica products. We take great pride in being able to provide you with the best quality and fit, and if a piece you have ordered is defective you will be given a return authorization number. To obtain an authorization number, you must call and receive one. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. Defective merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the item for repair, account credit or exchange only. Returned packages must include a packing slip stating the authorization number, reason for return and item[s) size and colour. Restocking fees may be applicable. No returns will be authorized for special orders, custom orders, discontinued styles or sale items. Return authorizations expire 30 days from the issue date.
