are covered by manufacturers warranty if found to be faulty within warranty period these will be replaced. For specific warranty terms please ask quoting item you are interested in.
Cancellation of order Period is ten days from delivery for all equipment items. When notifying us of cancellation equipment will need to be returned at your expense if it is not then we reserve the right to charge you for the costs of recovery.

Due to health codes and concerns, Swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been tried on. It is critical that this is understood and that such items are only to be tried on while wearing undergarments. Any such item(s) that are sent for return/exchange that show any signs of wear will be immediately returned to you at your expense.

Postage cost for items returned or exchanged will be at your expense. Please make sure to affix your purchased "Confirmation Receipt" for every returned order.
If you have to return or exchange any items, put your order number in large letters on the outside of the envelope. Email us that you are doing so and enclose a copy of that email in the envelope. Make sure you have a mail "Delivery Confirmation" from your post office.
EXCHANGE- That is required quickly
If your exchange is required urgently - order it online.
In the note section of the order process put e.g. this is an exchange order for order number XXXX.
This will get your new order automatically fast tracked and probably be with you before the return garment gets to us.
The return exchange garments will be credit refunded back to you credit card against the original purchase.
Exchanges are processed free of charge.
Exchanges for sizing are processed free of charge. Exchanges to another style incur a £2.50 restocking fee.
Orders must be returned within 10 DAYS and (in some cases) will be charged a restocking fee. Returned goods with a value below £50.00 incurs a £5.00 fee, goods over this value incurs a £10.00 fee, this will be deducted from your return.
Please return orders only by 1st class mail with "Confirmation Receipt ". Reason being there may not be someone at the locked and secure mail site to sign for it.
We are frequently asked - why is there a restocking fee on returns ?
Chica Rica's range and quality control is second to none. We keep the prices as low as possible and the restocking fee is there to cover the extra work we have to do to handle returns, it also goes some way to cover the banks commission charges from the original purchase that are never refunded to us.
We are aware of other internet retailers providing the service of 'free returns' and in some cases 'free delivery' but you will be expected to pay £60 to £80 per bikini. The bikini you would be getting from these retailers is no better manufactured nor more complicated to produce than our Chica Rica Range. In short at the £60 to £80 bikini level of pricing you are paying about £20 for other peoples returns and your own postage.
