Return Items
We will happily refund or exchange any item purchased on X-Factors if the goods are unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels are still attached.
We will credit the card we have on file for you this may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds
If the original payment was via PayPal we will credit the PayPal account that the order was placed with.
We make no additional charge for returns
What do I do if an item doesnt fit or I dont like the colour or print?
For UK customers please return it to us within 5 days. For international customers please return it to us within 10 days. Once we receive the goods we will refund you, by the method you used to pay for your order. This may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds
What do I do if an item fails once its been used?
All goods supplied by X-Factors are from official sources and are covered by the normal manufacturers warranty. If an item has failed prematurely please contact X-Factors directly. Certain products need to be returned to our suppliers, for inspection before a credit can be issued.
Who pays the postage on returned Items?
If you return something due to it not fitting or being suitable, you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us.
If you return something due to it being faulty we will refund up to 5 carriage. If your return exceeds this amount please contact info@x-factors.co.uk
We recommend you use recorded delivery or registered post to return items to cover yourself against loss.
How quickly will X-Factors process the return?
We aim to process all returns within three working days otherwise you will be informed of any delay
What happens if X-Factors are out of stock of an ordered or replacement item?
If we are out of stock we will add your item onto our weekly back order list imported from the USA every friday. Therefore, you should only have a maximum of 10 - 14 working days wait.
